D-Vision uses a 3D measurement (distance) camera equipped with a TOF distance sensor,
analyzes 2D images and distance information with a system composed of a from a unique
algorithm and obtain the information that can be grasped by the robot.
This algorithm check whether the gtip of the toe enters or noth,
picking can be done by only setting the tip shape of the hand.
In addition, other 3 algorithms can also support adhesion and magnet.@
A simple version (with limited algorithm) is offered at a lower cost than the full version.

Usability

Since 3D recognition is used, it is possible to handle work that is stacked randomly.
Suitable for a wide range of applications. It can be used for parts of various sizes, shapes and materials.
No need to adjust lighting because it is not affected by ambient brightness. (Can be used in dark places)
On-site adjustment and rearrangement of the operation sequence and workpiece shape are possible.
The time required for imaging and recognition is short, and a fast response is possible.
Since socket communication is used, it can be connected to a PLC or almost all robots with three or more axes.
